I almost thought about giving a positive review until i realized i waited days for any excursion assistance, and the so-called room service was nothing special. I would've expected complimentary water bottles in the suite, but i guess that would be asking too much. It was slightly disappointing, to say the least.

Excellent and so very friendly staff, had nice stay!!!
Location: the hotel was not far from a musical festival, and the ocean front and lot's of sand. The room I booked was kept clean and available with a very comfortable futon to sleep on. The pool was great and I had good drinks in the pool bar.

I wasn't ready for this!
The location is spot-on, with dive boats picking us up right from the dock. Villas were spacious with a full kitchen, and the staff was always quick and accommodating. We were just steps from the beach, surrounded by restaurants and shops. Even the pool, though in need of resurfacing, didn't detract from the experience.

The staff was attentive, and the room service had quick turnaround times (you won't go hungry here!). The pool area was perfect for unwinding after a day of activities, and we enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink upon arrival.
While the excursions offered were appealing, we found that some organization could be streamlined for quicker bookings.

Clean room, comfortable bed, with a lovely kitchen area that included a full-size fridge and filtered water, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city.

Loved the convenient location right next to dive shops and restaurants! The spacious suite, with a nice kitchen for some meals. Just a minor issue with loud poolside music, but overall, it was a calm and enjoyable experience.
